Northern Planning Conference

With a Masters of Forestry Science and an MBA from Yale University, David Loeks moved to the Yukon in 1983.  A resource policy and  development consultant, he was Chairman of the acclaimed - or notorious - Peel Watershed Planning Commission, tabling its report in 2011. Currently, he manufactures timber frame homes.
