Darha Phillpot is the Manager of Land Use Planning with the GNWT’s Department of Lands in Yellowknife.  Darha has worked in the NWT for most of her career, both within and outside of government on: regional planning,  conservation planning, strategic planning and policy development.  Darha is a graduate of UBC’s School of Community and Regional Planning.
