Northern Planning Conference

Simon is an urban planner turned web developer. Self taught in programming, he has been developing websites and apps for over 10 years. In June 2010, Simon founded 3Pikas and created Civicly – A map based online engagement tool to help organizations engage online. Since then, Simon has built web platforms and apps in Canada, United States and Australia.
