Frances Dietrich-O’Connor is an environmental planner with experience conducting land use and occupancy and oral history studies and providing BEAHR land use planning training. She has worked on projects in the Northwest Territories, northern Ontario, and northern Manitoba. Frances is a candidate member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
