Reporting to the Planning Director and working with the Manager of Finances and Administration, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the administrative aspects of the day-to- day operations of the office. This includes meeting preparation, reception, correspondence, minute taking, filing, mail, basic banking and assisting with payroll, processing invoices and arranging travel itineraries, correspondence, typing, meeting preparation and minute-taking, reception, and the supervision of part-time and/or casual assistance from time to time.
Certificate/Diploma in Office or Business Administration (or minimum 5 years office administration experience), or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
This position requires an understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel.
This is a part time position. The salary range is $32,527 to $37,838 annually, with an employee benefit package.
